Hi,
I blog about mindfulness, meditation and well-being.
I first got into meditation through my background in the martial arts, and am now a certified meditation and mindfulness teacher with the CPD and IMMA accredited School of Positive Transformation.
I also hold a PhD in English from the University of Waikato, NZ, where I learnt the value of philosophy for everyday life.
Who knows, something I write might be helpful to someone out there.
